24FPS

Privacy

Your footage stays yours

24FPS runs on your devices. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics or developer-operated recording service. The app does not automatically send recordings or usage data to its developer.

Camera, microphone and Photos

Camera and microphone access are used to record video and sound. Camera images are also checked for 24FPS pairing QR codes while the camera is idle. Photos access lets you save, browse, share and delete recordings. Original footage is not changed by the preview LUT. If saving to Photos fails, a recoverable recording may remain in the app’s storage. iCloud Photos and device backups follow your Apple settings.

Paired devices

When you pair a remote, live video, camera settings, timing information and control commands travel over an authenticated, encrypted connection between your devices. Pairing credentials stay in each device’s Keychain and are not synced by 24FPS. QR invitations are temporary and are retired after completion, cancellation or expiry. No pairing credentials are sent to the developer.

Local settings and sensors

24FPS stores preferences and references to its Photos clips on the device. Motion readings provide the camera level; battery and storage information provide status indicators. These are used for app functionality, not advertising or tracking.

Your choices

You can change camera, microphone, Photos and local-network permissions in iOS Settings. Delete recordings through 24FPS or Photos; Photos may keep deleted items in Recently Deleted. Confirm Unpair after scanning a paired remote’s QR, or use the 24FPS settings to forget a camera or revoke all remotes. Unpair before deleting the app if you also want to remove its saved pairing credentials; Keychain items can survive app deletion. Deleting the app removes its local storage, but does not delete recordings already saved to Photos. Sharing a clip sends it only to the destination you choose, under that service’s privacy terms.

Contact

If you email contact@koka.one, your email address and the information you send are used to respond to your request. Do not send footage unless it is needed and you want to share it. You can use the same address for privacy questions or to request deletion of support correspondence. Apple handles App Store services and any diagnostics you choose to share under its own privacy settings.
